The TMGA Semen Catalog promotes Tennessee’s top genetics while supporting member marketing efforts.

• Catalog Access: A curated, members-only catalog featuring frozen semen from Tennessee-based producers.
• Member Advertising: Each member receives one complimentary listing per year, with the option to purchase additional ad placements at a discounted rate.

TMGA provides reproductive support to help members enhance herd genetics and profitability.

• Live Artificial Insemination (LAI) Day: A hands-on event where members can participate in AI procedures under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Buck Collection Day: An opportunity for members to collect and store semen from their breeding bucks for future use or contribution to the TMGA semen bank.

TMGA members can request access to our members-only online supply store. 

• This service is offered through MWI and often allows members to receive on average a 20% discount to items ordered. 
• Examples of items members can order through the MWI portal at a discount are: Ivermectin, topical pesticides, wound care supplies, gloves, clippers, and etc. 

TMGA aims to elevate Tennessee meat goat producers on the global stage through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.

• Global Market Access: Collaboration with the State of Tennessee and the U.S. Livestock Genetics Export (USLGE) organization to promote Tennessee genetics internationally.
• Export Support: Guidance and opportunities for members interested in reaching consumers and partners beyond U.S. borders.

This program is focused on helping TMGA members that are affected by a natural disaster. 

• Members helping members directly in their greatest time of need.
• Examples of support include monetary donations, feed and hay donations, veterinary care donations and etc.
